How Does the Royalties Section Work?
In this section, you can track both your confirmed and estimated royalties generated from your entire catalog.
Where to Find Each Type of Royalties:
• Royalties > Analytics: Displays both estimated and confirmed royalties.
• Royalties > Reports: Shows only confirmed royalties that are available for payout.
Reports
Under Royalties > Reports, you can access confirmed royalty statements — these are royalties that have already been processed, verified, and added to your account balance.
Available options:
• Request Report: Download sales reports on demand. Simply select the relevant sales or confirmation period. The status of your request will appear in this same section.
• Full Transparency: All reports display detailed transaction-level data, exactly as provided by each DSP.
• File Compatibility: Reports can be opened in Excel or any other spreadsheet software.
Balance
In Royalties > Balance, you can review your current balance and view the full transaction history, including royalty earnings, payout requests, and deductions.
Available data:
• Current Balance: Funds available in your account.
• Pending Payments: Withdrawal requests that are still being processed.
• Outstanding Invoices: Unpaid invoices shown as deductions.
• Total Confirmed: Final amount available for payout. Once you reach the minimum payout threshold, you can request a transfer using the “Request Payout” button.
• Date: The date of each transaction.
• Transaction Type:
• Royalty earnings: Royalties generated from your content.
• Royalty settlement against invoice: Royalties used to pay for distribution services.
• Royalty payment to account: Royalties paid out to your account.
• Amount: Value of each transaction.
• Balance: Cumulative account balance after each transaction.
Receipts: Click “Receipt” to download or print the proof of each transaction.
Analytics
In Royalties > Analytics, you’ll find a graph that tracks the evolution of your estimated royalties based on the most recent reports received.
Data update schedule:
• Estimated royalties are updated monthly, between the 15th and 30th.
• Data is shown with a 60-day delay.
• Example: February royalties will be visible between April 15th and 30th.
To view your data correctly, select a date range of at least 60 days and click “Reload Data.”
