You can access your profile by clicking on My Account in the top-right corner of the platform.

Fields in My Account

Below is a breakdown of the information you’ll need to complete your profile correctly:

• Created On: Date and time your account was created.

• First Login: Date and time of your first login.

• Last Login: Date and time of your most recent login.

• Email: Your user email address.

• First Name: Your given name.

• Last Name: Your surname or family name.

• PayPal Email: The email linked to your PayPal account.

• Country: Your current country of residence.

• Language: Preferred language for the platform interface.

• City: City where you currently live.

• Street Address: Your current street address.

• Postal Code: Your current ZIP or postal code.

• Business Account: Check this box if a company manages the account.

• Company Name: Name of the company managing the account (only if the previous box is checked).

• Tax ID Number:

• For companies: Provide your business tax ID.

• For individuals: Provide your national ID number (e.g., DNI).

• Phone Country Code: The country code for your contact number.

• Contact Phone Number: Your phone number.
